IOOF appoints new national sales manager


Financial services house IOOF has appointed a new national sales manager working into the advice market.
The company announced that it had appointed Daniel Dalton to the position of National Sales Manager, Investments, with responsibility for leading the distribution of IOOF's MultiMix investment funds and WealthBuilder Investment Bonds to the advice market.
The company's announcement said Dalton had been recruited from BT Financial group and brought with him a strong and diverse background in financial services, having gained experience in roles spanning practice management, platform and investment sales, and key account management.
Commenting on the appointment, IOOF general manager, distribution, Renato Mota said he believed Dalton brought with him a strong understanding of the needs of advisers and dealer groups.
