Invesco nabs JBWere’s marketing manager
Invesco has added another name to its senior executive team with the appointment of Tracey Franks to the position of senior marketing manager, based in the company’s Melbourne office.
Franks leaves a similar position she held at JBWere Investment Management for 10 years, where she headed up the company’s wholesale and retail marketing programs.
The new role at Invesco is a combination of two which have been rolled together after the departure of the group’s strategic brand manager, Mark Brinach, six weeks ago, and head of marketing John Mann, who left in December last year.
Franks is the latest in a string of new signings at Invesco, with new head of sales and marketing Peter Hodgson, head of economics Peter Osborne and regional sales manager Mark Jackson all being inducted into the Invesco fold in recent times.
Franks, who officially signed on with the funds manager yesterday, will report to Hodgson.
"Tracey will be a valuable addition to Invesco Australia's marketing team," Hodgson says.
"Tracey's knowledge of the funds management industry is extensive and she brings to the organisation substantial insights into funds management marketing."
