MLC, in partnership with the Financial Industry Complaints Service (FICS), has launched an internal complaints resolution toolkit for financial planners.

The CD-ROM is suitable for all licensees and is designed to promote efficient complaint resolution processes for matters relating to financial planning advice.

Features of the toolkit include ways to capture and report complaints, and tools to aid the preparation of FICS submissions.

MLC Advice Solutions general manager Greg Miller said the toolkit was created to assist other Australian Financial Services Licence holders in giving their customers confidence in the complaints process.

The toolkit can be purchased online via the FICS and MLC websites.
