A former BT Group Licensees executive has launched an education, learning, and consulting firm aimed at supporting high-growth aspirant businesses.

Steven Browning has launched The Strategy Institute (TSI), which will offer facilitated programs, bespoke consulting, and online learning and resources to aid practice owners, partners and chief executives with their strategy.

The TSI program, known as the ‘SuccessAble' suite, offers strategy-related leadership programs.

Online learning, tools, and assessments will also be made available soon for members to aid them with their business initiatives.

"The choices business leaders make today, will be tomorrow's legacies," Browning said.

"Understanding what strategy really is, making and acting on explicit choices, will be the only way a business will win in an uncertain future."

Steven Browning has 30 years' experience in financial services, and was previously national manager, executive leadership enterprise at BT Group Licensees.

Prior to joining BT in 2011, Browning built and managed Australian financial services licenses for a number of institutions including Suncorp, AXA, AMP, and MLC.
