Enva expands and appoints advisers
Charter Financial Planning member firm, Enva, has merged two firms into the brand, including an insurance firm, and appointed three advisers and a mortgage broker to the business.
The South Australian, AMP-aligned advice firm has recruited Sunshine Coast-based risk specialist, Richard Monroe, by merging insurance firm LFC Financial into the brand.
Investment specialist and director of Lateral Wealth Management, Anthony Read, also joined Enva, which saw Lateral merging into Enva.
South Australian financial adviser, Joel Davis, also joined Enva from local firm, Wealth Logic.
Enva co-managing director, Michael Baragwanath, said, "The high rate of movement between advice businesses and dealer groups tells us that something is wrong with the way advisers engage with an employer or partner".
"We had to think different to attract high quality people."
Enva has also appointed mortgage broker, Serafina Tané, who was previously a home loan manager at RAMS.
"Bringing lending services into the mix provides Enva with the ability to control the experience and deliver an advised debt solution," co-managing director, Darren Farley said.
