Customer satisfaction soars
Satisfaction levels among business banking customers increased in the 12 months to January 2008, according to a recent survey, which indicated that 76 per cent of those customers are satisfied with their main financial institution.
The survey, which was conducted by TNS with initial findings released last month, revealed that satisfaction levels had increased significantly by an average 5.3 per cent compared to the same period last year.
The survey pegged St George Bank ahead of the other big banks in terms of growing business customer satisfaction, but the news was not as good for ANZ, which increased the least among the four major banks with growth of 3.1 per cent, compared with Westpac’s business customer satisfaction, which grew by 7 per cent over the past 12 months.
