Altair appoints research heads



Boutique Australian equities manager, Altair Asset Management has appointed co-heads of research.
The company announced this week it had appointed Alvin Chan and Tim Riordan as Co-Heads of Research for the investment firm.
It said this followed on from the recent appointment of Dr Sally Warneford as Senior Analyst.
The announcement said Chan and Riordan will continue to be the Co-Portfolio Managers of Altair's funds, the Altair Advantage Fund and the Altair Income Fund but would now also serve on Altair's Investment Committee which includes Gerard Minack, Stephen Roberts and Altair's Executive Chairman, Philip Parker.
