Colonial First State FirstChoice and FirstWrap have been ranked #1 for overall platform service in the 2017 Wealth Insights Platform Service Level Report.

And how did we get to be #1?

With hard work, and by listening to youColonial First State place a great deal of emphasis on the Wealth Insights survey as it provides valuable feedback on what advisers like about our platforms and, even more importantly, what areas we can work on.

Behind the scenes there has been an unrelenting focus on platform innovation, administrative efficiency, and to drive value for you and your clients.

This focus has awarded us the top two spots across a number of attributes: Technical Support, Image and Reputation as well as Administrative Support. And, just like in your own business, it has been through the hard work of the whole team that outstanding results are achieved.

Over the last year we’ve made changes. Changes that you told us you wanted, to enhance your platform experience, to make it easier for you to do business and to support you in helping your clients achieve their lifestyle goals.

  • We’ve added more investment options and made improvements to platform navigation
  • We’ve made enhancements and added new product offerings, including ‘same-day Record of Advice’ on FirstChoice and a new cash management solution on FirstWrap
  • We’ve dedicated ourselves to creating administrative and service efficiencies in our business, to benefit yours.

And there’s more to come.

It doesn’t stop. 2017 is another year of innovation and enhancement. We will continue to listen to adviser feedback from the latest survey and continue to work hard to make changes that benefit you and your clients.

We’ve already made a start

  • Colonial First State will soon launch its new online application tool, e-Setup, delivering a more simplified and streamlined way of establishing new accounts in FirstChoice.
  • We’ll also be enhancing our capabilities to provide managed account solutions across FirstChoice and FirstWrap.
