Aspen adds direct property funds
Listed property group Aspen has added three direct property funds to its portfolio, the Aspen Select Property Fund and the Aspen Village Property Fund, and the Aspen Communities Property Fund
In addition, the WA-based group has announced that the Aspen Select Property Fund and the Aspen Parks Wholesale Fund have been approved for use on the BT Super Wrap platform.
National distribution manager Reon Botha said it was “encouraging to have the Aspen Select Property Fund, in particular, accepted on BT (Super and IDPS) platform so quickly”.
“It’s an important part of our distribution strategy that can only enhance the already positive response from planners to the fund since its launch.
“We have also received increasing support for the fund from advisers, with numerous requests to have it approved for use on other administration platforms.”
The Select fund can also be found on the Netwealth platform in both the super and non-super menus.
