Sinodinos new Assistant Treasurer

The Financial Services industry will be subject to new ministerial arrangements, with Senator Mathias Cormann appointed as Minister for Finance and Senator Arthur Sinodinos being appointed Assistant Treasurer. 

The Financial Services industry is expected to broadly welcome the new portfolio appointments given Cormann’s continued involvement in finance and Sinodinos’ involvement in the sector.
