Search continues for InvestorWeb Chairman
InvestorWeb are continuing the search for a new Non-Executive chairman for its Board of Directors, following the resignation of Christopher Grubb last month.
InvestorWeb chief executive and current acting chairman Otto Buttula says the search has not been particularly active as the group is also looking at a restructure of the entire board and discussions are still being held.
"We've had plenty of interest from some very esteemed individuals, but we are also looking at the board restructure and we want to be sure to place the right person," he says.
Christopher Grubb, who is still a major shareholder of InvestorWeb Limited (IWL), stepped down to increase involvement in other business opportunties.
