John Saint has succeeded ipac founder Suvan de Soysa as head of ipac business partnering following a 12-month transition to Saint's leadership.

Saint has headed the acquisitions team since 2006 and previously held senior roles across ipac business partnering.

Prior to joining ipac in 1998, Saint held executive roles at Choice Credit Union and Colonial.

Meanwhile, the transition has allowed de Soysa to accept a managing director role with AXA United Kingdom, private clients for Bluefin Advisory Services, a subsidiary of AXA UK.
