Pinnacle Investment Management to make final payment for acquisition
Wilson HTM Investment Group’s majority-owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Investment Management, is to make its final payment for its share in Resolution Capital.
An initial payment of $10 million was made by Pinnacle Investment Management when it announced the acquisition for its 40 per cent share in September 2007.
In accordance with the sale agreement, a final transaction of $1.8 million will now be made.
