MLCCorporate Solutions has created a new Small Medium Enterprise (SME) division and shuffled its internal management roles in a bid to align the group’s structure more effectively with client service.

The SME division, which falls under the Corporate Solutions banner, will comprise of the Workplace Solutions and Business Wealth Management businesses.

MLC Workplace Solutions general manager, John James has been promoted to head the SME division of the business, which will aim to deliver corporate and employee business solutions.

Former national manager of strategy and sales for the Workplace Solutions business, Leanne Gregory-Aylett, will replace James as general manager.

James says the new SME business is based on a broader service offering.

“It will go beyond purely product solutions, and have a clear focus on the delivery of real value to corporates and their employees,” James says.
