Mirvac AQUA offers partial redemptions
Mirvac AQUA has announced it will offer unitholders a percentage of some of its funds for redemption while extending the closure of the fund.
The Mirvac AQUA Income Fund, Enhanced Income Fund, High Income Fund, Senior Debt Pool and Mezzanine Debt Pool will offer between 10 and 20 per cent redemption.
Mirvac AQUA also said it will extend the closure of the fund until April 2009 at which point the funds and pools will offer pro-rata redemptions on a financial quarter basis subject to the availability of surplus cash.
