IRESS boosts XPLAN software
Commenting on the introduction of iAssist, IRESS UK executive general manager (wealth), Mark Loosmore said the new functionality would allow rapid real-time response for users and eliminate the need for screen-sharing software or use of multiple username and password details.
“iAssist balances our desire to further improve user experience [and] help clients continue to increase business efficiency,” he said.
“Having the right technology with the right customer service in place is essential.”
To use XPLAN iAssist, users are granted a securely-generated token within the new system, which allows for simpler access to personal XPLAN sessions.
