As part of a recent push into the financial advice space, ING Direct has rolled out a new website aimed at providing its adviser network with online access to client records.

Advisers will have the ability to view client balances, transaction history, tax details, and be alerted when a term deposit matures. Client listing and client reports can also be generated via the web portal, ING Direct stated.

"This website proves our commitment to enhance our multi-distribution platform," ING Direct executive director of distribution Lisa Claes said.

The new website forms part of ING's program of third party distribution initiatives, Claes said.

"This (website) is particularly important for advisers who have already begun their transition to a fee-for-service model," she added.
