Good to report to Fox under Promina reshuffle
A reshuffle of Promina Group’s executive management team will see Tyndall Investment Management’s chief executive and chief investment officer Michael Goode reporting to Asteron’s chief executive Dennis Fox.
Fox retains his position as head of Asteron, Promina’s financial services arm, in his restructured role as Promina chief executive financial services Australia and New Zealand.
The new reporting line between the two subsidiaries was announced today by Promina head Michael Wilkins as part of a restructuring of its group’s management team and “creation of new executive responsibilities”.
The restructured team comprises six existing Promina executives, who Wilkins said will “collectively own and manage the activities Promina undertakes across the group”.
He said the changes, which take effect from September 1, would enable Promina Group to “continue to realise its potential and generate superior stakeholder value.
“This initiative positions Promina for future growth, founded on our successful strategy of specialisation and focus”, he said.
Other appointments announced by Wilkins - who himself retains his position as managing director and chief executive - are Robert Belleville, now chief executive direct general insurance Australia and New Zealand.
Duncan West is the group’s new chief executive intermediated general insurance Australia, and Roger Bell is chief executive intermediated general insurance New Zealand.
Harold Bentley retains his position as chief financial officer in the new structure.
