Former Count head takes up new role at Iress
Iress has appointed the former head of Count Financial to a newly created executive general manager position in its wealth APAC team.
The technology company confirmed that Adam Webb will join next month as the executive general manager of customer in its wealth business.
In the new role, Webb will oversee Iress’ customer-facing teams for the wealth APAC division and deliver increased value to the firm’s current customers while meeting the increasing demand for the full spectrum of advice technologies among new customers.
He holds more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, wealth management, technology and financial advice.
Most recently, Webb spent nearly three years at financial advice licensee Count in a range of senior positions, including head of acquisition strategy and growth, board chair, and head of Count Financial.

“I’m delighted to welcome Adam to Iress. Adam has a deep understanding of the evolving wealth management landscape in Australia and a proven track record of delivering exceptional, innovative customer experiences,” commented Kelli Willmer, Iress’ chief executive for wealth APAC.
“I’m confident Adam will be a great asset to Iress as we step into an exciting new era of opportunities for technology-led advice delivery.
