Chronican joins NAB board
Former ANZ senior executive, Phil Chronican, has been appointed to the board of National Australia Bank (NAB).
NAB announced the appointment of Chronican to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today noting that his most recent executive role covered responsibility for ANZ's Australian Division, with specific responsibility for the bank's retail and commercial businesses.
Confirming the appointment, NAB chairman, Dr Ken Henry said Chronican was one of Australia's most respected bankers.
