Centuria fund awarded

Centuria Funds Management announced this week that its Centuria 19 Corporate Drive Fund has been awarded by the Annual Property Funds Forum.
The company said the fund had been named the Unlisted Fund of the Year for 2012, with the judges citing its income return and forecast capital gain.
Commenting on the award, Centuria Property Funds chief executive Jason Huljich said he believed it was recognition of the strong performance structure of the fund.
The Centuria 19 Corporate Drive Fund is a single asset, closed-end unlisted property fund investing in a high quality commercial office building in the heart of the Southgate Corporate Park.
