Former Equipsuper CEO becomes first female Six Park board member
Six Park has appointed former chief executive officer (CEO) of Equipsuper, Danielle Press, as its first female board member.
Six Park CEO, Patrick Garrett, said Press, who was also the former CEO of Myer Family Company and managing director of UBS Global Asset Management, would bring a wealth of asset management experience and judgment to the automated investment provider’s digital services.
“Danielle has a very nuanced understanding of how robo-advice complements the wealth management landscape in Australia, and her expertise brings even greater depth to our board of directors,” he said.
Press said Six Park offered an alternative to the current models of financial advice, and that there was huge potential in robo-advice given the climate created by the Banking Royal Commission.
