SuiteBox has integrated Suitebox’s digital workspace solutions with XPLAN to boost digital engagement tools for financial advisers.

Advisers with the new XPLAN capability will be able to schedule and hold video meetings with clients, screen share documents and applications, record advice discussions, and return all records of meetings to clients.

Suitebox chief executive, Ian Dunbar, said: “By integrating SuiteBox into XPLAN, we are delivering the next generation of digital engagement tools for financial advisers with a leader in financial advice technology. It is exciting to work with a partner like IRESS, which shares our vision for the way advice can be delivered”.

“Busy professionals such as financial advisers, do not want to be using disparate tools with multiple, stand-alone applications. SuiteBox brings together meeting, collaboration and transactional capabilities that seamlessly integrate with XPLAN, creating an exceptional proposition for advisers and their clients.”

IRESS product executive, wealth management, Emily Chen, said the capability would increase advisers’ options for effective and efficient client engagement.
