XPLAN and MLC introduce new tech for advisers
An upgrade in the integration between IRESS' XPLAN and MLC's Riskfirst will enable advisers to automatically synchronise client information directly, reducing the risk of duplication and improving accuracy in client application forms.
IRESS head of research services, Louie Dimovski, said: "The more integrated systems can be, the greater the potential speed for advisers and their clients. This in turn allows advisers to spend more time with their clients".
"Applications that pre-populate details, and accounts that can be opened across systems, are increasingly popular for this reason."
MLC general manager of retail adviser insurance sales, Russell Hannah, said that the streamlining of the two services would allow advisers to increase productivity and accuracy.
"This first-to-market integrated solution... will help drive increased efficiency for advisers when they are recommending and implementing insurance cover for their clients," he said.
"We are delighted to have worked with IRESS."
