AMP Capital appoints new property fund manager
AMP Capital has appointed a new fund management team for its Diversified Property Fund (ADPF), with Tom Green appointed as fund manager and Andrew Jeffs as deputy fund manager.
Out-going fund manager Brett Williams would now be managing director – retail for the real estate business, which included the ADPF and the AMP Capital Shopping Centre Fund.
Green had been with AMP Capital since 2017 and had over 10 years’ experience within the real estate industry across asset management, funds management and transactions.
He had initially joined as assistant fund manager for the AMP Capital Wholesale Office Fund and then became assistant fund manager for ADPF, before that he had held roles at Colliers International and Lendlease.
Jeffs joined from Lendlease where he held several operational and fund management roles since 2011, the most recent of which was head of retail operations.
Prior to that, he held roles including general manager business operations and business transformation manager.
