UK investment management consultancy Investit has expanded to Australia to offer advice and research services to the local funds management industry.

Based in Sydney, Investit will offer consultancy services across four key areas: investments, client management, performance and risk, and operations.

Heading up the Sydney office will be Doug Neill who said the Australian launch reflected the fact the local investment management community was fast becoming a leading financial centre in the world, with products and services growing in complexity and size.
