Many financial advisers are so busy looking after their clients that they don’t have time to grow their business and take care of the finer details.

That’s why, we at AIA Australia established the Business Growth Hub, a practice development centre of excellence, to help financial advisers grow their business while building deeper client relationships.

In the past, financial advisers gave us feedback for their need for greater technological convenience in the provision of services, and we listened. The Business Growth Hub is an online resource centre that offers access to a variety of advice efficiency tools and a handpicked panel of expert consultants specialising in marketing, client engagement, human resources, cash flow management and technical training.

In addition, we’re committed to being the dominant business partner to financial advisers focused on the crucial business of risk management and also to provide more readily accessible information.

AIA Australia Chief Retail Insurance Officer, Pina Sciarrone, said that, “the business of running a professional financial advisory practice is more competitive than ever before. Practice principals who want to create a more sustainable future business model are looking for value-added support and services.”

The Business Growth Hub covers many aspects of the daily role that financial advisers perform while still keeping their clients in mind. Our purpose is to add true value to their business and meet their clients’ needs, because we understand the challenges faced within the industry.

Ms Sciarrone adds that, “While we don’t intend to tell any financial adviser how to run their business, we have a valuable role to play in bringing expertise and resources to an adviser’s business. Our highly professional client development managers get asked everyday by our financial adviser clients their opinions on business planning and management issues.”

It’s a natural partnership for AIA Australia to bring our expertise and knowledge to advisers. The Business Growth Hub provides better capability and functionality by having all relevant resources under the one roof. More importantly, it better matches their customer’s life requirements and assists with customer retention.

Together we can take your business to the next level.
