Clime funds recognised by SQM Research
Clime Investment Management has been awarded superior ratings for three of its funds by research house, SQM Research.
The Clime Smaller Companies Fund, Clime Australian Income Fund and Clime International Fund received four stars, 4.25 and 4.25 stars, respectively. SQM praised all three funds for their combination of top-down and bottom-up analysis and appreciated the experience of their investment teams.
According to Clime’s chief executive, Rod Bristow, the funds ’portfolios represented a strong valuation pipeline and an objective to achieve strong returns in excess of the relevant benchmark for lower levels of risk which allowed to better protect client capital in the accumulation phase.
“We’re pleased to have received these outstanding ratings, recognising the quality of the suite of Clime Group managed funds and the Clime Investment team. This is reflective of our top-quartile performance in the past 12 months across three of these four strategies,” he added.
“We are looking forward to working with financial advisers around the country, assisting with quality investment solutions to help them get back to doing what they do best: giving clients good advice and growing their businesses.”
