BT Panorama tops advisers’ lists
Financial advisers have rated BT Panorama as the number one investment platform when it comes to online business management features, Investment Trends’ Platform Competitive Analysis has revealed.
The platform received an overall score of 92 per cent across online business management, which includes features like advice services fees, mobile platform, client portal and account opening.
The report said: “BT Panorama’s quick rise up the ranking reflects its focus on adviser efficiency, its comprehensiveness and its intuitive design.”
The platform was also ranked number one on cybersecurity as part of the integration category.
BT general manager, platforms and investments, Kathy Vincent, said security was top of mind for advisers and clients, and BT’s ability to provide cybersecurity practices that harness the capability of the Westpac Group was critical.
“Features like two-step authentication should no longer be a ‘nice-to-have’ as they are vital to protect clients’ money from cyber fraud,” said Vincent.
