Queensland-based superannuation fund, Sunsuper has moved to strengthen its adviser offering with the appointment of two new business development managers (BDMs) and the introduction of an online portal for financial advisers, Adviser Online.

The fund last week announced it had appointed Alessandra Bertora and William Burke as BDMs, responsible for growing the fund's members and funds under management via financial advisers.

Confirming the appointments, Sunsuper's retail distribution and advice national manager, Anne Fuchs, said the appointments took the number of BDMs executing the retail distribution strategy to four.

Bertona joined Sunsuper from Westpac/St George while Burke joined the organisation from Citibank and Entrust Solutions.
