Mayfair 101 appoints CFO
Mayfair 101, the Australian-founded, London-based investment and corporate advisory group, has appointed Michael Divens as chief financial officer (CFO).
Divens was a senior financial executive with over 15 years’ experience as CFO in the funds management, professional services and financial services sectors and was previously CFO at River Capital.
Originally trained as a chartered accountant, he began his career in Scotland with big four accounting firm EY, before taking finance roles in the health and education sectors.
He had moved to Australia in 2001, where he progressed into a senior financial management role at another big four firm, KPMG.
“Mayfair 101 is one of the most dynamic financial services players in the Australian market,” Divens said.
“My priority as CFO will be to continue to champion the innovative strategic investments that have propelled Mayfair 101 to become a market leader.”
