ANZ FP appoints Lonsec
ANZ Financial Planning (ANZ FP), run by Alan Logan, has expanded its relationship with external investment research providers to include Lonsec.
In the past, ANZ FP has exclusively used the services of van Eyk Research — and the group is still under contract with the research house.
There has been significant movement of investment research contracts in recent months. Some have been prompted by changes within the research houses, such as the staffing changes at van Eyk Research, while others relate to changes in the way dealer groups are approaching investments, with some preferring research houses that offer views on increasingly popular products such as exchange traded funds.
