ClearView Wealth has ended his cooperation agreement with Sony Life Insurance.

The company announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today that it had terminated the arrangement because it had not received an offer from Sony.

“Accordingly, ClearView has issued a termination notice under the Cooperation Agreement between ClearView and Sony Life which was disclosed to the market on 13 January, 2017, the ASX announcement said.

“Following careful consideration, the ClearView Board has come to the decision that it is in the best interests of ClearView to no longer continue with the Cooperation Agreement and to exercise its right to terminate on three months; notice to Sony Life,” it said.

The announcement said the Cooperation Agreement would terminate on Thursday, 26 July, 2018.
