Ironbark makes key appointments
Ironbark Asset Management has made a key distribution appointment.
The manager announced it had appointed Alan Kenny as Head of Client Solutions, a role that would see him taking charge of executing the Ironbark strategy for Existing and New Product Development as well as working with the Corporate Trustee business.
Confirming Kenny’s appointment, Ironbark chief operating officer, Brendan Carpenter said the company had seen a significant increase in demand for its Responsible Entity (‘RE’) services.
“We believe having a third-party RE assists financial planning groups when they begin developing their SMA’s and Alan will assist with that build,” he said.
Ironbark also announced the appointment of Scott Baker as a Strategic Accounts and Research Relationship Manager within the Wholesale Distribution team.
Ironbark head of distribution, Alex Donald said Baker would be working with key client groups and assisting in the build out of Ironbark’s strategy.
