Genesys recruits from its parent

Former head of acquisitions and succession for AXA’s Financial Advice Network, Steven Davison, has moved to Genesys Wealth Advisers to take up the newly created position of executive director, Genesys Advice Solutions.

In his new role, Davison will be responsible for member firm relationships, the delivery of Genesys Practice Management solutions, as well as acquisitions and recruitment.

During his 14 years at AXA, he held several roles within AXA Asia Pacific and was responsible for projects and strategy for AXA’s Financial Advice Network, prior to becoming head of acquisitions and succession.

Davison will commence his new role on 1 October, reporting directly to the chief executive officer of Genesys Group, John Saint.
