Adviser Ratings grows team
Financial services technology company, Adviser Ratings, has continued its growth strategy with two new senior appointments.
The company announced this week that it had appointed former Google executive, Jaime Brands, as chief operating officer, while Kellie Cowie had been appointed as national distribution manager.
The company's announcement said Brands brought around 10 years of industry experience, six of those spent at Google Australia and New Zealand as the head of external telesales operations for the entire region.
It said that with expertise in team leadership, operations scaling, digital product launch and marketing and consumer journey research, Brand's role would be to lay down strategic and long-term operational processes.
Confirming the appoints, Adviser Ratings managing director, Angus Woods, said he believed both women would bring a wealth of operational experience to the business.
"At a time of rapid upscaling, the appointments support our strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and innovation for our business within the personal finance sector -- further positioning ourselves as an authority within the industry," he said.
"It's great to have both on board, and we're looking forward to seeing what they can bring to the business."
