PIMCO launches adviser platform
Global investment management firm, PIMCO, has launched a digital platform designed for financial advisers, institutions and individual investors.
The platform integrates the firm's client resources, investment solutions and thought leadership, and was indicative of the expansion of the firm's wealth management distribution model in Australia.
Executive vice president and head of PIMCO, Australia and New Zealand, Adrian Stewart said the intention of the digital platform, which was a multi-year global effort, was to provide wider access to PIMCO's global and local investment solutions, intellectual capital and investment analysis.
"We have significantly expanded our focus on the retail segment through building out our local team and expanding on the educational tools and resources that we offer to our clients to help maximise the value they deliver to their clients," Stewart said.
"The digital platform will continue to evolve over the next 12 months as we continue to build on the educational tools and resources that we offer to our clients."
