Westpac has recruited internally to fill the role of general manager, Global Transactions Service.
The big banking group announced that it had appointed a member of its Institutional Bank executive team, Rachel Slade, to the role overseeing global transactional service.
The bank’s announcement said Slade would be responsible for managing all payments networks and
corporate cash requirements for corporate customers.
Slade joined Westpac in 1999 and has held key and diverse roles during her 15 years with the Group including Head of Group Strategy, Head of International Products for the institutional bank, Head of Group Diversity and Flexibility and most recently General Manager of Transformation and Delivery.
