Victorian-based public offer fund VicSuper has signed up to access Bravura Solutions administration software Sonata and ePass.
The fund joined with Bravura this week to announced that VicSuper had selected Sonata as its primary registry system to deliver improvements to its operations and enhance the services it offers members.
The announcement said ePASS, which natively integrates with Sonata, would serve as VicSuper’s employer contributions portal, as well as providing greater capacity for member engagement via online services including a mobile module.
VicSuper chief executive Michael Dundon said the fund had chosen the software as part of a strategy to improve services to its members and to position itself for aggressive growth in today’s competitive superannuation market.
