UBS Global Asset Management has appointed Tracey McNaughton as head of investment strategy in Australia.
McNaughton will be a senior member of the Australasia team with responsibility for Australian economic and investment research.
In addition, she will join the Australian Investment Committee, chaired by Keiko Kondo, senior portfolio manager of the UBS' Global Investment Solutions business.
McNaughton joins UBS from Colonial First State, where she spent the last three years as a senior investment specialist.
Before that, she worked in investment specialist and economist roles at Ballie Gifford, BT Investment Management, Westpac Investment Management and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Bryce Doherty, head of UBS Global Asset Management in Australasia, said McNaughton's experience would be utilised across all of the asset manager's Australian investment strategies.
