Two of the names at the centre of the collapse of Trio Capital have turned up on a court list published by the United Kingdom’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO).
The court list, published this week, names Jack Flader and James Sutherland as being the subject of proceedings brought by the crown set down for Monday, 11 January.
Flader, a Hong Kong-based US lawyer was named during a Senate inquiry as being the mastermind behind the Trio Capital collapse while Sutherland is an accountant who was named as Flader’s business partner and also based in Hong Kong.
