AMP Capital Investors has appointed Tim Nation as senior investment specialist for property, effective from 3 May.
Nation will report to AMP Capital Investors business director for clients, product and marketing, Brian Delaney. Nation joins a team of 14 investment specialists and will provide strategic advice to the investment team and clients on unique property investment opportunities, according to AMP Capital Investors.
“Tim’s property knowledge and experience will provide the team with invaluable insights and help develop more attractive investment opportunities for our clients,” Delaney said.
Nation joins AMP Capital Investors from DTZ where he worked for 13 years, most recently as director for capital research. He started his career in commercial sales and leasing, moved into advisory and acquisitions and worked more recently in placement agency and capital raising.
