On the back of nearly 19,000 new employers signing up to use the company’s corporate super offering, Sunsuper has signalled a national expansion strategy and new appointments.
The superannuation fund said it had made three senior appointments to its growth and advice division — David Woodall as national manager, institutional and Mike Smith as national manager, corporate sales.
It said the Woodall and Smith appointments were a follow-on from the appointment of Anne Fuchs as national manager, retail distribution and advice.
Woodall’s focus will be on increasing Sunsuper’s exposure to large corporate while Smith will have a particular focus on default superannuation. Both will be based in Melbourne.
