Investment manager, Standard Life Investments has added to its emerging markets debt team.
The company announced this week it had appointed Imran Ahmad as an investment director — emerging market debt on the five-member team.
It said Ahmad brought 12 years’ experience to the role, and was joining the company from JP Morgan Asset Management where he had been a currency portfolio manager.
Ahmad will report to the head of emerging markets fixed income, Richard House, and will be based in London.
