St Helens Capital has appointed two portfolio managers and rebranded its business to Lanterne Strategic Investors as part of an approach to strengthen the business.
Proprietary trader Adrian Tucker has been appointed portfolio manager, while Lindsay Jones will take on the position of Asian portfolio manager. Jones is a former partner of ORN Capital in London.
Lanterne has also engaged Triple A Partners to make their fund management capabilities available to investors outside Australia.
“Having delivered strong and consistent performance during the challenging markets of the last 12 months as well as reinforcing our capabilities, we decided to adopt a new name that embodies our energetic, forward-looking approach,” said chief investment officer and co-founder Michael Brookes.
“The appointment of Triple A Partners to represent us outside of Australia is evidence of our determination to grow our business in the coming years,” he added.
