Technology company Saropa has launched a collection of online tools that allows clients to monitor and review their insurance needs at home, in conjunction with their adviser.
Launched by former Coin Software and InvestmentLink senior managers (respectively) Craig Hathaway and Rob Corben, Saropa Home Essentials will be offered through “trusted advisers, brokers and service providers”.
Home Essentials enables clients to track their own home, contents, health and life policy details, and also store related documents and photos online, according to Hathaway.
“It represents the most tangible way for clients to identify their own underinsurance gap and also to prove ownership in any potential claim,” he said.
“At the same time, this collection of highly-featured online tools will also help client intermediaries to build stronger and stickier relationships with their clients.”
