Financialplanning companySnowball Grouphas formed a strategic alliance with independent group Hayes Sterling to represent Snowball in South Australia.
Under the agreement, Hayes Sterling will represent Snowball with corporate clients, professional associations and individual investors.
Snowball Group managing director Tony McDonald said the partnership was formed as South Australia currently accounts for a small part of Snowball’s business and offers excellent prospects for growth.
This latest alliance follows recent moves by Snowball to establish the group as the leading supplier of workplace financial planning programs and online financial management and educational tools in Australia.
Earlier this month, Snowball struck a partnership with employee benefits provider API Leisure & Lifestyle to offer human resource solutions for businesses.
Snowball has signed a number of agreements in the past six months to provide employers such as P&O, Fuji Xerox and Vodafone with financial planning services for their workforces, and sees South Australia as fertile territory for its broader service offering.
Hayes Sterling financial planner Trevor Williams says: “This initiative provides an ideal springboard for us to continue to help employers and their employees, as well as associations and their members, through an increased range of services which have the strength and backing of a national operation.”
Hayes Sterling has three financial advisers in its Adelaide office, and specialises in superannuation and investment.
