Russell Investments has announced the appointment of Andrew Doman as its new global chief executive. Doman will take on the role in February.
Doman takes over the role from John Schlifske, who will continue as president in the near future to ensure a smooth takeover.
Doman was a founding director of McKinsey and Company’s European asset management practice in the United Kingdom. His client assignments included organisational and market development, product design, strategy, globalisation and risk management. He joined McKinsey in 1986, moving to London from Australia in 1990. Doman has also worked in medicine and health management.
