All your client needs to do is answer a few medical questions, and you can have a conversation about their indicative assessment straight away – helping you better manage expectations and get their cover in place sooner.                                                                 

Flexible Personal Statement options                                                          

You can offer your client four ways to complete their Personal Statement:                               

  1. OneCare Express – an intuitive, quick and easy online process.
  2. Tele-interview – clients complete over the phone with consultant support.

Plus, the booking feature lets you create, reschedule and see all your bookings in one place.

  1. Personal URL – clients receive a personalised link and can complete it online at a time that suits them. OnePath is proud to be the only insurer to offer your clients this option.
  2. Scan and attach – submit completed paper Personal Statements with an electronic application.

Quickly manage client insights and information

OnePath has revolutionised OneView Life, your all-round customer management platform, to provide even more insights – including more policy information, monitoring of claim’s status, client correspondence and direct access to UHG medical information.

Better still, you can register to receive regular email alerts to help you keep track of new applications, and identify clients who are at risk of lapsing or cancelling their cover.

Data feeds into and out of XPLAN

First, OnePath introduced data feeds from XPLAN to Illustrator, eliminating the need to re-enter client and policy details when requesting a quote for OneCare.

Then they made your life even easier by introducing data feeds from OnePath Life into XPLAN, addressing your feedback and allowing you to more easily see a client’s insurance holdings on XPLAN.
