Commercial property and private debt private equity firm Realside Financial Group have appointed Linda Rudd and Antoine Pfirsch to executive positions.
Rudd would be appointed director and partner of Realside Property, while Pfirsch would be appointed as managing director of Realside Capital.
Rudd would focus on the commercial property side of the business, working with Mark Vonic, the director of Realside Property.
Pfirsch would assist in private debt deal origination, as well as management of the recently-launched Realside Capital Flagship fund.
Rudd had over 17 years’ experience in the real estate sector and was most recently partner and national head of asset management services at Knight Frank Australia.
She was also a director on the board of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and a committee member on the Property Council of Australia Commercial Office Committee.

Pfirsch had over 15 years’ investment experience and worked nine years at the Australian subsidiary of Anchorage Capital Group, with a focus on opportunistic credit investments.
He started his investment career in Goldman Sachs’ merchant banking division, based in Sydney, responsible for undertaking a range of real estate and special situations investments.

“The market dislocation created by COVID-19 has increased materially the array of attractive new deals we are seeing.”
